Ugima Foundation is a a social entrepreneurship organization that works with farmers (mainly female) through a community collaboration model to mobilize local resources and design homegrown innovations for coffee productivity. Their coffee mainly comes from the productive slopes of Mt. Kenya covering Meru, Tharaka Nithi and Embu Counties.
